Terms of Service

1. The service

1. The service is a website that creates images and videos from your prompts and uploaded files.
2. The service runs on generative AI, and its results are made by AI. Results may be inaccurate or differ from what you intended.
3. We connect you to AI models from outside providers. The available models, options and prices may change.

2. Accounts

1. You sign up using the methods the service offers (Google account, email code).
2. You must be at least 14 years old.
3. You are responsible for your account and may not transfer or share it.
4. To close your account, email gonnabe@thezet.io. We will explain how any remaining credits can be refunded and then close it.

3. Credits

1. You use the service by buying prepaid credits.
2. Payments in Korea are made in Korean won through Toss Payments with 10% VAT added. Your balance is kept in US dollars at the exchange rate at the time of payment, and the amount and rate are shown before you pay.
3. For payments outside Korea, Lemon Squeezy is the seller (Merchant of Record) and handles payment, tax and receipts. Tax may be added depending on your location, and the Lemon Squeezy Buyer Terms also apply.
4. Credits can only be used in this service. Apart from the refunds in section 6, they cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred.

4. Prices and charges

1. The price appears on the generate button. Prices are calculated in units of $0.0001 and may be rounded on screen.
2. When a generation starts, we hold its price from your balance and charge it when the generation finishes. If it fails or is canceled, the held amount goes back to your balance.
3. The number of jobs you can run at once may be limited. Requests over the limit are refused and not charged.

5. Credit validity

1. Credits can be used for 365 days from the purchase date. After that, any remaining amount expires.
2. Credits bought first are used first.

6. Withdrawal and refunds

1. Within 7 days of payment, you can get a full refund of unused credits. If you have used some, we refund the rest.
2. After 7 days, you can still ask for a refund of your remaining credits. We may deduct actual costs such as payment fees, up to 10% of the remaining credits.
3. Generations that produced a result are not refundable, because delivery of the digital content has begun. If a service failure stops you from getting the result, we will deliver it again or refund it.
4. If you cannot use the service because of our fault, we refund your remaining credits with no deduction.
5. To request a refund, email gonnabe@thezet.io. Refunds go back to the original payment method, and the refunded amount is taken from your credits. Refunds for payments outside Korea are processed through Lemon Squeezy.

7. Content and rights

1. You keep the rights to what you enter or upload. You must have the right to use it, and the consent of anyone who appears in your photos or videos.
2. We process that content only as needed to provide the service, which includes sending it to model providers. We do not use it to train our own models.
3. We claim no rights in your results. You may use them within applicable law and the model providers’ terms. Results may not be protected by copyright and may resemble other users’ results.
4. You are responsible for how you use your results. Where the law requires it, you must disclose that they were made with AI.
5. Anyone who has the address of an uploaded file or a result can view it without signing in. Please take care when sharing these addresses.

8. Prohibited use

You must not:

• create sexual or pornographic content;
• create content that sexualizes or harms children or minors;
• synthesize or alter a real person’s face, voice or body without their consent, or impersonate anyone;
• infringe others’ rights, including copyright, trademark, likeness and personal information;
• deceive or defame others with false information, promote hatred or violence, or use the service for crime;
• resell the service, send excessive automated requests, or bypass security or a model’s safety measures.

If we find a violation, we may delete the content and restrict your use, and may cooperate with law enforcement as the law requires. Model providers may refuse requests under their own rules.

9. Changes and interruptions

1. We may suspend all or part of the service for maintenance, failures or provider issues.
2. If we shut down the service, we will give 30 days’ notice and refund remaining credits with no deduction.

10. Limitation of liability

We do not guarantee that results are accurate or fit for a particular purpose. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for damage not caused by our intent or gross negligence. This section does not limit consumer rights guaranteed by law.

11. Changes to these terms

We give notice 7 days before changes take effect, and 30 days before changes that are unfavorable to you.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes are resolved in the court with jurisdiction under the Civil Procedure Act. Mandatory rules of the country where a consumer lives may apply to payments outside Korea.
