API Terms
These terms cover the Zet Studio API and MCP ("the API"), provided by Zet Co., Ltd. (주식회사 제트) ("we"). The Terms of Service and Privacy Policy also apply to customers using the API, and these terms take priority for the API. This is a translation; the Korean version prevails if they differ.
Effective: November 5, 2026
1. Approval and API keys
- Only customers we approve may use the API. We may withdraw approval or limit features if these terms are broken, a payment fails, or a provider requires it.
- Use API keys only on your servers. Never expose them to your end users.
- You are responsible for calls and charges made with your keys. Revoke a key at once if it leaks.
2. What you may do
- You may offer features and results made with the API to your end users as part of your own service. The ban on reselling in section 8 of the Terms of Service does not apply to this.
- You may not resell the API as it is, let end users call it directly, or build a service whose main purpose is access to the models.
- You may not use the API in a service aimed at people under 18, and you must make sure your end users are 18 or older.
3. Charges
- Prices are the same as on the site, and you can check them through the API before a request.
- Starting a job holds its price from your balance, and success charges it. If a job fails or is cancelled, the held amount is returned.
- Top-ups, expiry and refunds follow sections 3 to 6 of the Terms of Service.
4. Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for what your end users enter or upload and for the results. You must have the right to use that content, and the consent of anyone shown in photos or videos.
- Your own terms must require your end users to follow these terms and section 8 of the Terms of Service, and you must enforce them.
- Do not submit sensitive personal data, national identifiers, passwords or similar sensitive information.
- Where the law requires it, you must disclose that content was made with AI. You must provide the notices, safeguards and human review your service calls for.
5. Personal data
- When you send your end users’ personal data as input, you are the controller, and we process it on your behalf to make and store results.
- You must give your end users the notices and obtain the consents the law requires.
- The companies that receive inputs and results are listed in the Privacy Policy.
6. Model training
- We do not use inputs or results to train models.
- To make results, we send inputs to outside providers. Their API terms say they do not use customer content to train their own models. Exceptions may apply to certain models they have announced, to anonymized or aggregated data, and where separately agreed, and their terms may change.
- Providers may keep inputs and results for the period their own policies set, to prevent abuse and for security.
7. Storage and deletion
- We do not delete prompts, input files or results automatically. We keep them until you delete them or close your account.
- You can delete jobs and input files through the API. Deletion cannot be undone, and a copy may remain on the delivery network for up to 24 hours. Billing records are not deleted.
- Anyone with the address of an input file or result can view it without signing in. Show addresses only to the end user concerned.
8. Prohibited conduct
The prohibitions in section 8 of the Terms of Service apply to the API. In addition, you must not:
- Split keys or accounts to avoid the rate or concurrency limits
- Bypass or probe our providers’ or our safety filters
- Analyze the API to train a competing model
If we find a violation, we may refuse requests, delete the content and withdraw approval.
9. Changes and availability
- Models and options may change or stop because of our providers.
- We give 30 days’ notice of a change that breaks existing integrations. This may be shorter where security, the law or a provider makes it unavoidable.
- Rate and concurrency limits may change.
- Unless a separate contract says otherwise, we do not guarantee the API’s availability.
10. Other matters
Limitation of liability, changes to terms, governing law and disputes follow sections 10 to 12 of the Terms of Service.
